Will I lose my Google ranking?
We can’t promise a position, because nobody can. What we do is keep your texts, keep your addresses working and check the search basics, so you don’t lose it through our mistakes.
What is the difference between Refresh and Rebuild?
Refresh keeps your page structure and gives it a new design, up to 8 pages. Rebuild also reorganises the pages, up to 20, and adds a redirects map.
Do you need access to my old site?
Yes: a login or the files, plus access to the domain. If you no longer have them, we find out together what can be recovered, before you pay anything beyond the deposit.
My site has a shop or a booking system. Can you redesign it?
Not as part of this service. A redesign covers pages and content. Send a brief and we will tell you what is possible.
How long will my old site stay live?
Until the switch-over day we agree with you. The new site is built separately, so your visitors see no gap.
