Website care: common questions
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time before the next billing date. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for. There is no notice period and no fee.
Do you look after sites you did not build?
Often yes. We check the site first, and tell you if it is not a fit before you pay.
What counts as an “edit”?
Changing text, swapping a photo, updating opening hours or prices, adding a short section. New pages and redesigns are separate work, and we will quote the time before we start.
What does “priority response” mean?
Your message goes to the front of the queue. We still answer within one business day on every plan, Pro simply comes first.
Why does a static site need care at all?
Static sites need much less than most, and that is why this costs what it does. They still need a domain that stays connected, a form that keeps working, backups, and someone to make changes.
