Which payment methods work?
Cards and bank-link payments, connected through a Latvian payment provider. We agree the provider with you at the start, because each one has its own sign-up and fees.
Are the payment provider’s fees in the price?
No. Our price covers building and connecting the shop. The provider charges you its own fees per payment, and we show them to you before you choose.
What if I have more than 300 products?
Send a brief. For bigger ranges we tell you honestly whether a shop built by us is the right tool. Extra product imports are €150 per 100 products.
Can I add products myself?
We load your products before launch. After that, we add or change them for you, and Care plans include edit hours.
Do I have to pay VAT on the shop?
Our prices are shown without VAT charged. Your shop’s own VAT settings depend on your company’s status, and we set them up as you tell us.
